Spectators
Message from CTA Swimboard: “Note that only a limited amount of spectators will be allowed (max capacity of the venue). There is no spectator fees. However, spectators are on a 1st-come, 1st-served basis… if you are not working as an official, you are a spectator.”
“Please be considerate towards other families. We respectfully request that ONLY TWO family members (spectators) accompanies a swimmer. We will count the amount of people entering the venue and will unfortunately have to cut-off once the capacity has been reached. This will result in some people being showed away at the doors if necessary. Please do not take it personally, but we have to adhere to the max capacity limits of the venues.”

- Session 1 (13 & over): 200 Free, 100 Back, 50 Fly, 800 Free, 100 Breast, 200IM
- Session 2 (12 & under): 200 Free, 100 Back, 25 Fly (9 & under), 50 Fly, 100 Breast, 200IM
- There is no limit on the number of events per swimmer
- Swimmers must be fully registered and with NO (Zero) LEVEL 2 (or better) Qualifying Time
i.e. no LEV2 in that red rectangular area
- Check: Top Times aged up to 30th July (PDF)
- Check: You are eligible if you are on the Vineyard Level 1 Galas WhatsApp group
- Swimmers who do not yet have a LEVEL 2 Qualifying Time are eligible to swim
- Swimmers 9 years and under who have achieved QTs for any level may participate at the CTA FUTURE STARS MEETS as well as the CTA QUALIFYING MEETS.
- VINEYARD Entries before 20h00 Friday 15th July. No late entries accepted
Entry and Surcharge Fees
- Entry Fees per event and Surcharge Fees per swimmer will be added to your monthly Vineyard account. However, if your account is already 30 days or over 30 days, Vineyard reserve the right to withhold or withdraw your entries until the account is settled

- We would encourage at least one parent to become a qualified Timekeeper.
- The course is now online and takes 30-40min and if you pass, you get a certificate.
- Note: You don’t (yet) have to be registered as a CTA Official to do the course BUT you must sign-in for the course.
