You will notice the Projected Start List (20) is not the same as the Top 25 2020-21 because of limit of 2 swimmers per country and also because of different criteria for which galas and Champs count as Olympic Qualifiers. The qualification period for the Tokyo Olympics started in 1st March 2019 and ended 27th June 2021.
