We are excited to present Eve Abrahams, a remarkable 15-year-old, who has been chosen to represent Lifesaving South Africa at the prestigious International Surf Rescue Challenge (ISRC) in South Padre Island, Texas, USA, from 20th to 23rd September 2023. We appeal to your kindness and support to make her participation possible.
Eve’s dedication and talent in her age group have been outstanding, consistently excelling in Beach Flags and Sprints. Her selection to represent her country is a profound honour and testament to her hard work and passion for lifesaving. As a grade 9 pupil at Herschel Girls School, she is a shining example of young talent that deserves recognition and encouragement.
The financial expenses for this journey fall on each athlete, and this is where we need your help. Your sponsorship will alleviate the financial burden, enabling Eve to focus on her training and participation without worries about costs.
Eve’s journey began as a Nipper at Strandfontein Surf Lifesaving Club and has recently found her home at Clifton Lifesaving Club. With your support, she can showcase her skills on an international stage and continue to grow as a lifesaver.
