Note:
Initial preparations will focus on the following areas:
- Appointment of Compliance Officers
Affiliates must notify SSA of the appointment of Compliance officers in writing by Wednesday 10 June 2020 - Identifying key venues for resumption of training
- Risk Management preparation

WCA will appoint a Compliance officer to oversee the following:
- Each District to appoint a Compliance officer. Kindly forward the name and contact details of your District Compliance Officer to WCA secretary coachingquick@gmail.com. This is a volunteer position.
- Each Club to appoint a Compliance Officer. Clubs to forward the names of your Compliance officers to your district Compliance officer, or to your district structures. This is a volunteer position. No club will be able to start training until the Compliance officer has been appointed and risk procedures have been established.
Clubs must have risk management procedures in place. SSA has committed to sending templates of these documents should you not have these in place already. This is a volunteer position.
