Good news!! – FREE parking
All parking bays in the whole of STRAND are free of charge from the 1st of February 2020. With this said, the council urges motorists not to give money to illegal car guards. You will notice that the STRAND NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH started a “Pink Bibs Car Assistant” programme, with the cooperation CoCT Social Development, and these men and women with the pink bibs can be supported by you, as they are all working together with the Strand Neighbourhood Watch to make the Strand safer.
