- The Helderberg had a lot of rain the past 24hrs and flood damages are everywhere to be seen, therefore please stay clear from any grass area at the venue. With this said please adhere to below rules as per the school:
- No parking is allowed on the School’s Sports Fields or grass areas.
- Parking is permitted in the Primary School and High School designated parking areas only.
- Please bring your umbrellas as this means that you will have to walk to the Aquatics centre from the parking areas.
- The parking area in front of the Aquatics Centre will only be for LOC, Ambulance, Service Providers & Vendors.
- Please ask your spectators to bring their own chairs.
- ONLY SWIMMERS & COACHES allowed to be seated on the stands.
- No one allowed to make use of the white venue chairs. Those are for officials and call rooms.

- Any additional entries will now be invoiced at x10 the original entry fees.
- Please remember to scratch timeously to avoid a NO SHOW FINE of R500.
- If an official is not available in their allocated slot, it is their club’s responsibility to supply a registered replacement BEFORE the start of the session.
- Clubs will be fined R250 if they do not provide an official replacement as above.
- Officials must be dressed in Dark blue/navy pants or skirts (NO DENIM), white shirts and closed white shoes.
