- Important: In general, you need 2 x 200m IMs in the season to swim Levels.

Swimmers and Seating per Club
- As per the “swimmers per session” doc (PDF) – please find the total swimmers per club per session
- Please be considerate towards your fellow clubs when you occupy seating space
- All swimming bags to please be placed on the ground underneath the stands
Spectators and Seating
- Spectators will be permitted, however, they must be seated in the 1st set of stands on the left- and right-hand sides of the pool just as you have entered the main entrance. Clubs, please advise your parents that are not on the officials lists.
- NO SPECTATORS TO BE SEATED WITH THE CLUBS PLEASE. AND VISA VERSA… NO SWIMMERS TO BE SEATED IN THE SPECTATORS STANDS.

- Entry Fees per event and Surcharge Fees per swimmer will be added to your monthly Vineyard account. However, if your account is already 30 days or over 30 days, Vineyard reserve the right to withhold or withdraw your entries until the account is settled

- Swimmers who are fully registered and with LEVEL 2+ Qualifying Times are eligible to participate
- Swimmers who do not yet have a LEVEL 2 qualifying time are NOT eligible to participate
- Exception: Swimmers 9 years and under who have achieved QTs for any level may participate at the CTA Future Stars Meets as well as the CTA Qualifying Meets
